ANSUZ is the first of the 12 RUNES that make up the self transformation. The Virtue of this RUNE is receiving messages, signals, gifts and even warnings. With the drawing of this RUNE, you are being instructed to look afterm, nourish and give to yourself first. Do not worry about others, for in nourishing yourself (spiritually as well as physically) you will be stronger and more capable to help others.
